Coaching the Coach

Coach Lucas kicked off 2019 with a trip to Tempe, AZ where Ian Murray coached the coaches of USA Triathlon. During the clinic, Ashlynn worked one on one with Coach Murray, perfecting her own technique, and developed the knowledge to more effectively coach her athletes in the water.
